About Our Position
Lyle W. Williams Company is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for our distributor and manufacturer partners.

Responsibilities

Present and promote electrical products and services using solid arguments and a solution-based approach to existing and potential customers
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Resolve customer problems efficiently to maximize satisfaction
Keep track of the latest developments in the electrical industry
Coordinate efforts with sales team members and other departments

Requirements

Work experience as a Sales Representative preferred
Working knowledge of electrical products and services
Advanced relationship management skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales
Excellent negotiation and selling skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
